What I have been doing for several years now is simply punch out one of the felt type holes of the FF container covers (2 holes if there are 4 or more "big" darts) and put the entire container in the viv. What I have found best is to use cultures that have been set up about 6 or 7 days ago as you then get the "old" ff plus new hatchings too. Just did it for a week with 4 vivs and all containers still had some FF crawling out of the hole when I returned yesterday.
