Questions regarding a Vivarium setup

Hello to everyone,

Im new to this forum and new to frogs. I know alot about fish.

I been trying to put all the pieces of the puzzle together for the vivarium set up in a 20G long.
Im considering making a false bottom with a eggcrate to put pumps and the heater, then fiber glass screen, hydroton clay balls,fiber glass screen, then the mixture of bedding im still undecided.
What kind of heater are yall using on your drainage? Is it the tubular ones for fish tanks or it's a Zoo Med Repti-Therm UTH Under Tank Heaters?
Got no clue on how to make the background so i'll probably buy one.
Im still working on the glass top; dont know if it's a good idea to buy one of the versa top for aquairums and seal everything with tape.
After the vivarium is set-up how long should I wait to put Azureus?

Im going to visit Puerto Rico any good plants for vivariums downthere?
Any suggestions, ideas, advices or DIY websites would be appreciated.
