Another Complete Newbie

Hi after looking at dart frogs for the past few years and always thinking wow wish I could keep them this weekend I got the ok from the better half to start something up. The tank I will be using is a 90Gal Hex tank It has 14inch sides and is (off the top of my head) 30 inches tall... I have a 70 Double ended Mh Lamp with a 10K lamp will this be enough to light it>? or I have a custom L.E.D Light ( intensely bright) from what I have read fibers are the best for beding? and what about under tank heaters and or a misting system ? Also is any one located in Ontario and have experiance purchasing them from any one in or near Niagara Region or Toronto?
