Power Compact Lighting

I am still planning things out for my 26 bow front tank that I am going to convert from a reef tank to a viv. I have a JBJ power compact already and was hoping to use that if possible. Can I use this light and what bulbs would I use (KV). For my reef I was using an attenic and a white bulb. I ran the attenics a half hour before and after the white light came on for a dawn/ dust effect. Would something like that be ok?

Also I am assuming I should continue to use my moonlight LED's for night time?
