Default Need help with dart frogs. New.

Ok guys so I recently started researching dart frogs and found this website. It has been extremely helpful but I have a few question.

1- Who is a good breeder of dart frogs that is reliable and has healthy frogs?
2-Would a 10 gallon tank suit a dart frog for its whole life?
3-What would be the best bedding or substrate for it and where could I find it?
4-I know dart frogs arent posionous in captivity but why do people say they cant be handled?
5-Are wild collecteds still not poisonous?
6-What is the adult size?
7- Are they extremely hard to take care of?

Gents and ladies im so sorry that I just keep going on but I would like to no this stuff!
