How much to feed...?

I'm still confused on how many fruit flies (approx.) each frog should get per day. I'm not sure if I am feeding enough. I have 2 leucs and 1 green and black.

I had two frogs living together, and I just throw enough in there until they both stop eating. Where I would assume they were full. I wanted to make sure there was enough food since one frog is definitely bigger than the other. I'm feeding mine beetle larvae and not fruit flies though. (I don't like culturing those..)
