Actually sam, I think you misunderstood me. I am saying, depending on how humid the room is that you keep your tank in, you may not want to allow too much air into the tank (ventilation). Too much ventilation would reduce the humidity too much. What I was saying was to use the fans to circulate the humid warm that is already in the tank.
Spartcus, I would still install a "in-and-out" fan, but connect a tube to each end (inlet and outlet) so that the air sucked out of the tank by one fan, is blown back into the tank on the other side. This method would move the air around, while not loosing any humidity. Be sure to cover the fans with screen. I hope I clarified what I was trying to say . Marc
