There is one particular worm, I like to share with you and they are called "NeamaToads" I can't spell it but it's spelled the way it sounds. The worms are fine, the frogs will eat them and the worms have a function. They eat decaying matter. Below I have a picture of them for yeah to look at. I killed a bunch of FF's and they got stuck on the darn window. Very few worms were on the glass but by the next morning this is what happen. This is one tiny section of glass. But they are safe, they are not a parasite from what I have been told. Just figured I share.

I am glad to see someone knows how to spell it.
Yes the multiply fast as I said this is only one tiny section of my tank. The picture was taken from a 55 gallon. No they are not all over the place, but in 1/4 of the tank they are there. After the do their job they go away back to where the come from which is usually back into the substrate. Yes some are bad and some are good. These particular species does not hurt your frogs.SoCalSam: The link that you have provided is a good example and good information on them. Steinernema carpocapsae and Heterorhabditis bacteriophora are two species that are beneficial to plants. You need to be able to identify which ones are which, but that can be hard to find out how to do this but here's some links that will help you learn more and at least point you in the right direction. Also there are many different organic ways to kill these guys but you have to make sure the way you go about doing it will NOT hurt your frogs. I am still looking for natural fertilizer that won't hurt them but that's for another thread. Here's some more links, good and bad.... GA Frogs,
This is good-to-know information. I just recently figured out what these little guys were. I used to panic when I saw them in my tanks, for fear that they were parasitic. I know better know. A good method to keep them busy is to keep lots of leaf litter in the bottom of your tanks. It gives them somewhere to go and do their job. Thanks for sharing. Marc
