one tank looks good...but.....You are gonna want to get leaf litter for that other tank. All that exposed coco fiber is all over the place and even sticking to the frog. Thats a bad thing and could even lead to impaction if they ingest it.

the one with the bare jungle mix bottom substrate always climbs to the top... is that because he doesn't like to walk on it?

Small frogs always climb.....it could also be that you don't have enough plants in there. I would add a few more plants and get some dried leaf litter to cover that jungle mix...
