Default Hello fromThe First State

Hello From The First State, Delaware......
I found you guys (and gals) while Googling PDF forums....

Looking like this might be a pretty cool site to hang!

Here's a look at my vivariums and frogs
YouTube - Vivarium with 4 D. Azureus, and two D. Leucamelas

Also a link for one I'm currently working on, with no plants in it as of yet.......
YouTube - 30 gallon vivarium with drip wall August 15 2009

Originally built to hold two of our D. Leucamelas This tank will look amazing when it's finally loaded with plants and a couple of our PDFs in it.... The water is rolling right now, full on open, but will eventually be fine tuned to just a drip, to make this a "living wall" of moss and vine. An idea I thought of after seeing a living wall in Bird Kingdom in Niagara Falls.

Be honest guys... the 55 is the first I built, and the 30 is the "in progress" tank....
all opinions/critiques welcome...

Thanks for looking, and thanks for opening the doors to me!

Zip

Welcome Zip! I think your 55 will be really nice once the background fills in and other plants start to grow in. That tank with the slate rock water feature almost resembles mine. I think your tanks are great. Keep up the good work and keep us posted with the 30g.

Sam

Thanks for the kind words guys!!!
as for the clubs up here....
There's none that I know of...
There's a couple of aquarium clubs up here, but nothing for frogs.....
I've gotten all of my info from websites, and a whole helluva lot of trial and error, and my frogs from local, and not so local places I can drive to....

Got a few new additions for the new 30... added ground covering, fern, orchid, and a bromeliad.
