Talking The first to say hello.

As the site admin and owner, I want to be the first one to introduce my self to everyone that decides to become part of the community. I have been in the PDF hobby for almost 15 years and I enjoy every aspect of it. Unfortunately, I have been away from the hobby for the past few years fulfilling my obligation to "Protect and Defend". Over the past few years I have learned a little bit about website design and online community management, which I have grown very fond of. Thus, I decided to combine my two passions and as a result, DartFrogForums.com was born.

Enjoy!

Thanks....And I did. We are very close. Still in the beta stage, and open to suggestions.

Any chance you can make the Quick response window open, without having to hit the button in the corner?

Also the 10 character limit is kind of a weird rule. For example if I ask what Temp does something need to be kept at, I can't get the simple answer of:

77F

Its not a huge deal, just something to tweak

QR window is part of the script and changed min to 3 for character limit.

I like the interactiveness of the forum. The only issue is that the site is bigger than my screen @ times and I hate scrolling from left to right, but it's a pretty awesome website.

Default Frog Mom. My son's frogs are now my frogs!

I am here because my son started college in 2005 at Southern Illinois University leaving me 8 leucs, 2 corn snakes, one house gecko, one leopard gecko, one gray tree frog, two red eyed tree frog, and the many escaped fruit flies. He is now working on his Ph.d. In biology emphasis on herpetology at Tulsa. The ancient house gecko escaped, lived for a long time on the escaped fruit flies in my son's room for a long time. One red eyed died of old age?.... However, I now have 25 mature breeding and breeding leucamelas. AND as of this moment 35 or 40 very healthy froglets ranging from 1 week to 3 months old. 30 tads ranging from 1 week to almost full morph all looking for good homes. One of my froglets is probably a chocolate or just a mutant which is a question I will post later.

I have become a pretty good breeder. I can immediately tell if eggs are worth working with. I do not not do much to them. For all the work involved, I still enjoy the frogs. In fact, I dare my son to critique my methods.

I am a retired English teacher living in a Chicago south suburb.

Again. Hello.
