? on planting the plants in the viv. Is it wise to replant the plants that you get from well say home depot or lowes? So that unwanted insects does not come into a viv?

remove all soil and use your own substrate like coco fiber or eco earth. Make sure you remove all of the dirt or soil. good luck.
